Enjoy Jazz presents: European exchange for young cultural managers in the music branch

Every day from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, Enjoy Jazz concerts can be visited in the evenings.
Confirmed participants will receive a detailed programme.
Workshops are in English.
This event will offer professional development training and networking opportunities for directors, managers and students. Young cultural managers who have been in the music branch for a few years lack opportunities to exchange thoughts and ideas on questions such as how to organize festivals in future, which programme focusses to place, how to network in Europe, which the best marketing and sponsoring strategies are, how to win over journalists and with which agencies to work with – in short, under which conditions and with what kind of visions they want to shape the future with.
For this reason, Enjoy Jazz invites all young cultural managers from the music branch to join a three-day free further training event to discuss exactly these questions with festival directors, agents, journalists and other cultural activists in the field. There will be no shortage of tools: introduction to management and best practice for marketing and innovative sponsoring concepts will also be presented.
